CHARGE POINT OPERATIONS

EV charging with no CapEx.

Matcha and its financing partners can fund, own and operate the charging for you. Equipment, installation and maintenance roll into a profit share agreement, or into one monthly fee with ownership at the end of the term.

We own and operate,
so you don't have to.

Matcha's infrastructure as a service lets you add energy assets without touching your annual capital budget.

Shared Parking

Our standard approach

For open or unassigned parking with 24/7 access. Any resident or guest can charge, first come, first served.

The property pays nothing up front to install, operate and maintain the chargers. EV-ready make-ready work is paid by the property, which benefits from a profit share and electricity reimbursements.

Assigned Parking

For dedicated spots assigned or deeded to one person.

Matcha funds, owns and operates the chargers as a fully managed service, even when every space is assigned.

Fixed monthly fee per port, paid by the property.
Most properties pass this on to drivers, along with a markup on electricity.

We Pay Power Costs

No CapEx, No OpEx, and Shared Grid Services Revenue

The property is reimbursed for charging electricity every month, and MatchaOS can earn grid services revenue by throttling charging during demand response events.

Monthly electricity reimbursements, excluding demand charges

Automatic reimbursements

Why Matcha

One partner from install to income.

Operations

We deploy it and we run it

Matcha designs, installs, owns and operates every charger, all on MatchaOS. One connected platform handles driver sign-up and payment, remote monitoring, maintenance and support, so there is no hand-off between an installer, a network and a service vendor. Your team never manages the chargers.

Energy savings

Technology that cuts energy costs

MatchaOS load management shares your existing electrical service and shifts charging away from peaks, which lowers demand charges and avoids costly service upgrades. Where utility programs exist, the same controls enroll the site in demand response, earning supplemental grid revenue.

Financing

Financing with no CapEx options

Matcha brings third party capital to the project. Choose a no CapEx model where Matcha funds and owns the equipment and shares revenue with the property, or Chargers as a Service with one monthly fee and ownership at the end of the term. Rebates are applied either way.
